We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your auction assessment and communicate with you. Seller inquiries are sent to D & S Specialties Auctions and Auction Spear staff who help support our auctions.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services, such as with Auction Spear for auction support, or when required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
Text message consent is optional and separate from permission to contact you, and is never required to submit an inquiry. If you opt in, we send messages related to your submitted request only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Uploaded files
Photos, videos and inventory lists you upload are stored privately and are only available to authorized D & S administrators.
Auction Spear
Bidder registration, bidding and payments take place on AuctionSpear.com, which has its own privacy policy and terms.
