Items are cataloged and sold at your home, business or property. Bidders arrange pickup at the location after the auction closes.

• Pickup scheduled at your property

Approved items are moved to another auction location and sold there, so you are not hosting buyers at your property.

• Good for downsizing and smaller groups of items
• Fits multi-consignor auctions
• Less activity at your home

Pickup logistics depend on the property. We consider access, stairs, parking, the size and weight of items and the number of bidders expected to collect. Tell us about any access limits so we can plan.
